Admission Process

    1. Student Inquiry

    Families begin by completing our Student Inquiry Form so we can learn more about your child, grade level, and family interests.

    Once submitted, our team will reach out with next steps and additional information.

    3. Complete Enrollment Forms

    After touring and determining that Sky Island is a good fit for your family, you will receive access to our enrollment forms and admissions portal through Classe365.

    Forms include student info, medical info, emergency contacts, tuition, and more.

    4. Enrollment Review

    Our administration team will review submitted forms and documents and contact families regarding enrollment status, next steps, and any missing information.

    Families will receive confirmation once enrollment is finalized.

    5. Welcome to Sky Island School

    Once enrollment is complete, families receive:

    • Parent portal access

    • Onboarding information

    • School communications

    • Classroom details

    • Important dates

    We look forward to welcoming your family into our community!

Enrollment Checklist

Families may be asked to provide the following documents during enrollment:

  • Parent Handbook

  • Tuition Acknowledgement

  • Medical Information

  • Emergency Contact

  • Media Release Form

  • Release of Liability

  • Arizona Residency Documentation

  • Verification of Student DOB

  • Immune Records or Exemption Form

Tuition

Sky Island School of Nature and the Arts is committed to providing an exceptional education in a nurturing, nature-based environment.

Current Tuition Rates:

Kindergarten

  • $4,500 annually

Grades 1-6

  • $7,500 annually

Tuition may be adjusted depending on student needs and educational support requirements.

Empowerment Scholarship Account

Sky Island School proudly accepts Arizona’s ESA, allowing families to access tuition funding for private and alternative education.

What ESA Can Help With:

  • Significantly reduce out-of-pocket tuition costs

  • Educational supplies, curriculum, and materials

  • Flexible use based on your child’s educational needs

Who Qualifies?

  • Arizona’s ESA program is open to many families, including those with students entering Kindergarten, or even transferring from public schools.
